Learning at home using digital media
STEP has lots of resources to help with digital learning at home for all ages. We worked with Gypsy/Traveller families and teachers to create the STEP family learning app, project-based learning programmes for young people and a library of handy tools and apps.
Digital Families Programme
The Digital Families programme helps Gypsy/Traveller families to become more confident using technology at home. It helps by:
- providing families with a digital kit and 4G connectivity
- showing how you can help your children learn using digital technology
- introducing the STEP family learning app
- improving your own digital and literacy skills
