“How to” animations launched to support home and school learning

We’re launching new ‘how to’ animation videos.  STEP research has shown that animation provides a pedagogy that enables Gypsy/Traveller children to reach their highest potential. Animation creates learners who can solve problems and collaborate.  Children are able to make choices that reflect their creative, personal and cultural interests while developing skills in allareas of the curriculum.  Animation provides children with a strong communicative language where they can express their ideas without having to overcome traditional language barriers,   Using the STEP approach, animations can be created in homes, outdoors and in schools before being shared with others.
