What a great @ScotlandGT event last week in Edinburgh to celebrate the work and culture of Scotland’s Gypsy/Traveller and Roma communities as part of Gypsy Roma Traveller History Month 2023. Community members, stakeholders, elected representatives and members of the public attended this informal event at Dynamic Earth. We enjoyed meeting colleagues, community members, partners & MSPs. The Minister for Equalities, Emma Roddick MSP, along with COSLA’s Community Wellbeing Spokesperson, Cllr Maureen Chalmers, opened the event. It was wonderful to hear about & share the amazing work that’s happening in Scotland & celebrate the final days of #GRTHM23.
